The Website Check is free and informational. It may recommend keeping the current site, making targeted changes, or considering a rebuild. It is not a legal, security, accessibility, SEO, or compliance certification.
The Founding Website Rebuild costs $2,297, paid in two equal halves of $1,148.50. The first half is the deposit that starts the project. The remaining half is due only after written approval and before launch or final source transfer. Payment method and invoicing details are confirmed directly before the deposit.
The project includes one working first draft and up to two reasonable revision rounds within the agreed scope. If the third version still misses the direction agreed at the start, the client may request a full deposit refund within five business days of receiving it, provided the site has not been approved, launched, transferred, downloaded, or used. The project then ends with no balance due and no right to use the drafts or source files. A materially new direction is a scope change.
Pages, features, responsibilities, and scope are agreed in writing. Added work needs written approval and separate pricing. The usual delivery window is seven to fourteen business days after the deposit, materials, and access are complete. After full payment, the client owns the final site-specific deliverables. PlumberWebPros retains reusable tools, components, systems, workflows, and know-how.
The first three months of Website Care are included from launch. Care includes uptime monitoring, routine dependency and security updates, fixes for our build, and up to two small text, image, or business-hours changes per month. It excludes new pages, major redesign, SEO, advertising, content production, and third-party service failures. After three months, Care is optional at $97 per month, begins only with separate authorization, does not automatically become paid, and may be cancelled by email before the next billing date. Cancellation does not affect website ownership.
A client who separately authorizes agreed case-study materials and honest feedback may receive three additional complimentary months of Care. Positive feedback and public reviews are not required or rewarded. Any incentive connected to published feedback will be disclosed.
Third-party services have their own terms, fees, and availability. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, revenue, conversion rates, performance scores, or uninterrupted operation.
Where permitted by law, indirect damages are excluded and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. Wyoming law governs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
